Bloggers Challenge 144: Sketch

Sketches, sketches, sketches.  These are the basis of my work!!!  I love any and all sketches and even when I'm feeling challenged by them, like this one our fearless leader Lisa gave us to work with this week:

I stared at it for awhile trying to figure out what to do with it, then it finally hit me and I just ran with it.  Instead of using a big image for the circle in the background I decided to use the cute little background stamp that came in my Best Bunnies set from Clear & Simple Stamps.  This card is actually a "Congratulations" card for a new baby boy.  I hope the person I made it for likes it, she just asked me to make a Baby Boy card so it's not the "normal" baby card.

This is some paper I bought at CHA from Fancy Pants Delight Kit by Nancie Rowe Janitz and I love the colors that are in this kit.  Nice & bright colors, all of them which I love to work with.

Hope you will check out the other blogging girls here and see their awesome creations!

Card details:
Stamp:  Best Bunnies from Clear & Simple Stamps
Cardstock:  Fancy Pants Delight Kit by Nancie Rowe Janitz, Kraft, Rose Red, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla
Inks: Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, Bordering Blue
Accessories:  Nestabilities, Circle punches, twine, Green with Envy button from Clear & Simple Stamps (to be released 4/1/10), twine
