Today over at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations our theme is "Time for Vacation". I'm sure you are laughing at my card thinking how in the world does this card even come close to the theme. Well, haven't you EVER thought of what it would be like to take a trip to the moon???? I had this set sitting on my desk and it just make me chuckle with the theme of vacation so I went with it.
I created my card based on the current Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. Karen's sketches are some of my favorites and she is currently having a design team call. This rocket worked perfectly with the long panel. I paper pieced it using some of my Simple Stories Happy Day paper and some coloring with copics. My new dies from MFT just arrived so I quickly cut 2 of these mini banners out to use. I created a border with one of my markers, I need to do this more often!
Hope you think about joining us over at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations and show us where it's "Time for your Vacation" at.
