I have been enjoying a little time off and getting some things done of my "to-do" list. I made a list of personal things I wanted to get done (catch up on Project Life, stamp, photography lessons) and some household things (clean oven, clean blinds, steam clean stairs). I think I got more done yesterday then I have in a month. Still have a few things to do, but was happy with getting all but one thing done on my list yesterday.
I missed last weeks challenge over at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations but today I needed to get this card done so I could get it mailed off to my Dad in time for Father's Day. Today's challenge is "Father's Day" in case you couldn't guess :-)
I combined a few challenges for this card, the Lawnscaping Challenge this week is to use patterned paper (my new Simple Stories Year.o.graphy) and the Cards for Men Challenge is Father's Day as well.

And I LOOOOOOOOVE that you took some time to do some personal things on your to-do list. LOVE that you got so much done! I should do that....but cleaning the oven? Not sure I like that idea! Maybe next month:)
I am alittle jealous... I haven't accomplished nearly as much as I hoped to!!! I do love the card... I better get my butt to work!!
