Thanks From the Heart

It's FRIDAY!!!! You know what that means?  Another installment of Blogger's Challenge.  This week, my FAVORITE...a sketch challenge.

Today is a bittersweet day as well as I made a very difficult decision to step down from the Clear & Simple Stamps design team after 2 years.  I'm so thankful that Nicki & Reenee took a chance on me and gave me such a phenomenal opportunity to design for their stamp company.  I have enjoyed being a part of the team and meeting so many wonderful people.

So today, I share with you a card using Lisa's sketch along with some of my favorite products from Clear & Simple Stamps.

First I stamped my background with the Wallflower background set.  I love the background sets they have to offer and used them a lot in my creations.  I pulled out one of my all time favorite sets, probably one of the most used in my collection is Kind Deeds.  The sentiment says exactly what I hope Nicki & Reenee know...I'm very thankful to have made 2 wonderful friends along my creative journey and I will be eternally grateful.

Two of my favorite colors they have to offer are Mauved by the Paparazzi and Dish All the Dirt Brown.  If you have never used their ribbon, it's a must.  So wonderful to work with and I can't get enough of it. I highly suggest trying it!

So a big thank you goes out to the wonderful friends I've made through Clear & Simple Stamps and for the awesome owners, Nicki and Reene!

beautiful colors. I hope you have peace about your decision to step down. It's always hard to let go of something, but if we never let go of anything, we can't have room in our lives for other new and exciting things that will come our way.

Linda says it best :) I can't believe this day is here....we are so blessed to have gained a new friend. You have been such a creative talent and giving spirit - I mean who else would package 100s of packs of ribbon on the floor of a warehouse the first day you meet someone :) I could write for days here on how much you'll be missed...but we both know you are a lifetime CSS'er. Big HUGS, sniff, sniff!
