Here fishy, fishy! If you've ever fished, have you caught yourself saying this? It's been a long time since I've fished but I saw this image, Sparkle Fish F963 I knew exactly how I wanted to use it.
I've been seeing some cool background techniques used in my blog surfing and so I pulled out some of the bubble wrap that comes in my packages and inked up some of it and stamped it directly onto my cardstock. for the fish I had used some block stamping scraps I had laying around and then added some Crystal Effects o his scales.
