Boy that blogger is giving everyone problems, so glad it's finally working and I can post this card that I adore. I might have trouble giving it away ;-)
This week Lisa challenged us to use the sketch below for our blogger's challenge. Lisa and her layers!!! But, I do really like this sketch and how the card turned out.
My friend just found out what the sex of her twins (the same one I made these invitations for) are and she's expecting a boy/girl. I wanted to do something with non-traditional colors so I pulled from this paper from the Bo Bunny Ad Lib collection. I loved the graphics and text on the back as we truly will be celebrating life with the birth of these 2 precious ones.
I kept with no embellishments and instead of using paper piercing on the circle, I pulled out my SU marker and just put the dots around it instead. The little green strip is stamped with the star strip from All4Stars set. I wanted the stars to represent the two little buns in the oven versus a typical baby set I could have used.
Want to join in the blogger's challenge? Just link up to your creation using the sketch above with Mr. Linky below. Can't wait to see how you use the sketch.
