TGIF!!! I seem to be saying that a lot lately, but really the last 2 weeks have been emotionally draining for me at work and I'm looking forward to some studio time this evening and throwing some movies on my computer while I'm creating away.
This week our blogger's challenge is to Embossing. I admit, I'm not a great heat embosser. Now matter how much I try, I can't seem to get those good clean embossed images, but maybe one day I'll be good at it. I'm not going to give up!
Thankfully I was able to get a clean image from this Topiaries set from Clear & Simple Stamps. Instead of breaking out my copics which I've found can make my embossing powder smudge all over, I pulled out my Aquapainter and inks.
I was inspired by the challenge from Mona this week at CR84FN15 and the sketch from Card Positioning Systems.
I also included some embossing on my card front with my embossing folder to add a little more to the card.
We hope that you will join us at blogger's challenge this week and show off your embossing skills. We ask that you please link up using the tool below (this is a blog hop feature so please feel free to add it to you blog as well) and also LINK up to Blogger's Challenge in your post so those that would also like to play can find us along the way.
Happy Friday!
