Season's Greetings

Are the weeks just running into one another or is it just me?  I feel like they are just flying by too quickly for me!  I haven't even started my holiday shopping yet.  YIKES!!!

So this week Lisa gave us a sketch to work with.  Now, I have to admit that while I generally love sketches this one was hard for me and I took a major liberty with this one.  I changed the main image from an oval to a rectangle as I didn't have an oval big enough for the image I wanted to use.

This image is from Stamp N Plus Scrap N as well as the sentiment.  I've got very few holiday stamps but since I've been prepping for a holiday fair (thank god it'll be over tomorrow), I kept on a roll with a holiday card.

Pulling out the colors from the papers didn't work too well as my burgundy was very dark, so I tried not to color everything that color.  I added some hand drawn snowflakes onto the scarf & on the other one I added some Cotton Candy Sparkly Fluff.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today and make sure to stop by the other blogger's to see how they used the sketch today.

Have a great weekend!

Card details:
Stamps: Season's Greetings from Stamp N Plus Scrap N
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Going Gray, Stamper's Select, patterned paper
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copic markers
Accessories: Cotton Candy Sparkly Fluff, White Gel pen, paper piercer

Yep! They are flying by faster and faster each and every year. Scary in my opinion. I love your card, I love snowmen and this is just adorable.

How adorable! Love the image you used and the colors are perfect. The addition of the sparkly fluff is so fun. Yep, "great minds" think alike on that piercing under the sentiment.
