Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July America and Happy Birthday to my brother-in-law Ryan who I failed to get a card in the mail for.  Isn't it sad when you are a cardmaker but you never seem to send them out?  I've been trying a little harder to mail them, but I'm not always on the ball.

I again used this method for the background on my card.  I stamped my Bravery Gent image onto vellum and adhered it onto my background with some dimensionals, put some circle punches & spots in the corners to cover up the dimensionals.

Hope you all have a safe 4th!  We are going to try & catch some fireworks this evening.  It's one of the first years in a long time we won't be doing them ourselves as we have no kiddos at home with us this holiday.

Card details:
Stamps: Bravery Gent from Clear & Simple Stamps
Cardstock: Real Red, Brilliant Blue, Whisper White, vellum
Inks: Staz-on & Pretty Little Black Dress
Accessories: Ultra, Crimson & Stardust Powdered Chalks, Buzz N Magic Paint, A Blanc Check spots, real red ribbon, circle punch

Happy 4th! (Yeah, I'm the worst about getting cards to my family...haha, it's like they're the shoemakers children) LOVE your fun method for the background! Perfect for a 4th of July card!
