Hello, hello... it's Astrid's week to host and she choose Washi Tape for this challenge. Here's what she says about it:
"Not really a hard one is it ;-) I adore this stuff and I think a lot of us do. I especially love the black and white ones, it makes the other colors you use really intense. And it's just an easy way to add something extra on your creation.
So use this happy stuff as a background or as an embellishment on your creation. Hope you like Washi Tape just as I do :-)"
Hope you will join us and put that washi tape to use for your chance to win one of two random $30 gift certificates for Stampotique stamps.
I created two card for this challenge, one in which I used some Dylusions spray on and the other I didn't. I liked the look of the spray but wish it was a bit more muted.
Card details:
Stamps: Enjoy Life 9014, Thinking of You 5234, Bee 3000 and Honeycomb 8116 from Stampotique Originals
Cardstock: Regal Rose, Basic Black, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight
Inks: Such a Gray-cious Host, Ranger Jet Black, Dylusions Lemon Zest
Embellishments: washi tape, circle punch, Stephanie Barnard Chunky Sprinkle Glitter

I am a die-hard Dylusions fan, Kim, but definitely like your more "naked" version here--though both are beautiful!
Fabulous cards Kim. Especially the second with the touch of yellow! Love the background with the beehive pattern and washi strips... the bee is super cute.
