Today the Stampotique team over at Stampotique Designer's Challenge is asking you to try a new technique. This is always a fun challenge to see what techniques everyone will be using on their card and what we might be missing out there.
Link up to the tutorial you used or show us how you did your new technique (new to you).
And if you haven't already seen this, check it out:
Did you see our design team call announcement?
I'm not a "techy" gal at all, so I went with something I knew would be manageable for me. I used the Sponge & Spritz technique on my card.
I wanted to give the girls some grounding so I sponged the brown for the sand instead of making it all ocean like. This technique works really well with a solid stamp. My first try didn't look so hot, but I kept on trying.
I'm also entering this for the CASology challenge #61 to use a Silhouette.
Hope you will join us over at Stampotique Designer's Challenge this week for your chance to win a $30 gift certificate for stamps.
