Happy Birthday!

This was a card I submitted to the last call for Paper Crafts but it didn't get picked up.  I didn't get a lot accomplished for the last call...I seem to have lost some of my mojo.  I feel inspired but then when I sit down to actually stamp...nothing.  I guess that's what I get for being a year older :-)

There is NO stamping on this card, I love these new paper packs from Simple Stories. Easy to coordinate your cards and have some sheets you can cut, layer and adhere to make a card.  (I also used this paper on yesterdays card-hope you don't get too sick of it)
Today is my birthday, and I definitely feel a year older.  I noticed the wrinkles under my eyes today even after sleeping a good 9 hours (and I could have slept longer).  Luckily, that's the only place I notice the wrinkles and I'm happy to say there are no gray hairs yet.  I'll pray those stay away for awhile.

Kids & hubby brought donuts and flowers this morning, but other than that, today's looking like a normal day here.  Lots of cleaning and laundry piling up to do.  So, back to the daily grind I go.

What????!!!! What a minute. How come FB didn't alert me? I feel badly that I didn't know. Birthday Blessings, sweet friend. And as to the card - their loss. It's an awesome card.

Hope you had a great birthday. Pretty card!
Hey...don't worry about the wrinkles...I have a new theory about them. They just mean you've smiled a lot and had a lot of happiness. (It's my story and I'm sticking to it!)
I feel like I've earned my wrinkles...of course, we could all get some work done but then we might end up looking like Joan Rivers!
