Happy Birthday

It has been nice and hot here lately so this blazing sun reminds me how much I hate being out in the heat & humidity.  This is one of my favorite color combinations and I had gotten this adorable hot air balloon stamp and thought they would work well together.

I colored the balloon using my Copic markers and added a small strip of jewel stickers beside my sentiment.  This layout was inspired by a sketch I saw on my friend Savannah's blog and immediately went and saw all the wonderful sketches that were created for a fun birthday blog hop.  Loved all of them!

I also used the Playdate Cafe's color challenge from a few weeks go, one I love but didn't get posted in time.

Card details:
Stamps: Hot Air Balloon J499 and sentiment from Stamp N Plus Scrap N
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Summer Sun, A Blanc Check, Echo Park Life is Good
Inks: Perfect Little Black Dress, copic markers
Embellishments: Memory Box jewel stickers, copic markers, dimensionals
