This past week Joanne was our hostess at Stampotique Designer's Challenge and she gave us the theme Clean and Simple (CAS). She is the queen of CAS and does such a fantastic job. What do we mean by CAS? Minimalistic designs, empty spaces. Some people find this style difficult (like I did), but it can be very cleansing artistically so give it a try.
This was my 3rd try at created a CAS card, my other 2 attempts had too many layers on them to be considered CAS. I decided I really needed to simplify my card and so I swiped my ink spots against my paper. I kept is very simple on this card and I really liked how it turned out.
Join us over at Stampotique Designer's Challenge with your CAS card for your chance to win a $30 gift certificate to the Stampotique store.
Card details:
Stamps: Large Butterfly 3047 and Simplify 9021 from Stampotique
Cardstock: Whisper White
Inks: Green with Envy, Coral Necklace, Perfect Little Black Dress, Party Teal Dawn
