Can you believe 2010 is almost over? This year really did fly by, but I do have to say I'm looking forward to 2011. Have you made any New Year's Resolutions? I have made one, and I make it almost every year, so let's hope I can follow through this next year with it.
Here's another fun, non-holiday card. I love how this Icons set can be mixed and matched with some of the other sets that Clear & Simple Stamps offers. I stamped my background with the Rock-a-Bye set. I enjoy changing things up every now and then and stamping my own backgrounds versus using patterned papers.
The design of this card was kept pretty simple and I overlayed the middle star over the others to give it a little dimension.
Okay, off to create some more-I'm working on next month's samples with the January Stamp of the Month and it's a FUN one!
Card details:
Stamps: Icons I, Icons Extras and Rock-A-Bye from Clear & Simple Stamps
Cardstock: Dare to be a Diva Red, A Blanc Check, You're Style Blue me Away
Inks: Dare to be a Diva Red, You're Style Blue Me Away
Embellishments: You're Style Blue Me Away button, baker's twine colored with Copic R29

Love the little knot addition. Really 'makes' the perfect finishing touch.
