Printer Tray Frames

I had been admiring the 7 gypsies printer tray frames that were demo's over at Ellen Hutson's blog awhile back (created by Debbie Olson), so decided that these would make some great gifts this year.  I ordered two online and had them sitting in my office for about a month before I decided to tackle this project.

This first frame I'm showing you was for my Mom (and Dad) and it was the 2nd frame I did, which came out much better than the first...so that's what I had to go back and alter my first one LOL!  The pictures were the worst part for me as my photo printer wasn't cooperating with me and the photos I would alter in photoshop wouldn't print out the way I wanted them to.

In the end, I was happy with how they both turned out and my Mom & sister-in-law (and brother) loved them!  So I was thrilled!
I used a lot of the same pictures for both, it was just easier that way.  I couldn't photo the frame well enough to show off how nice they look, but hopefully you get the idea.

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!  We have been enjoying time with family, I'm off the next 2 days and am going to stamp a little today and catch a movie with my Mom and Sister-in-Law.  Tonight we'll hang out again, we played cards late last night and everyone was really bitter since I beat them so bad :-)

Happy Monday!

Frame details:

Basic Grey papers (Wisteria and Indian Summer)
Stamps: Text Objects from Verve Stamps
Accessories: Crystal Lacquer, charms, prima mini flowers, PTI buttons, Clear & Simple Stamps ribbon, SU rub-ons

Kim, these are beautiful, what a wonderful keepsake! I did something similar for Mother's Day in the year 1993 with placemats for the MIL and mom, they still have them on display. Beautiful work, love the pic's you chose and the embellies.
