Today over at Stampotique Designer's Challenge we have a STAMPOTIQUE ONLY challenge-
you must use ONLY Stampotique Stamps on your creation.
Milo is our hostess this week and she has challenged the design team to create a project with a VINTAGE theme. I'm a very cutesy stamper so this was definitely a challenge for me! But, I had some great help from some great friends giving me some great feedback.
I picked the Girlfriends stamp to work with. I love this picture of the 4 girls and reminds me of my girlfriends & I when we would take pictures all the time. I stamped it with Versafine Onyx Black and then after it was completely dried, applied multiple coats of clear embossing powder and then sponged some chocolate ink over it (which didn't come out dark enough like I wanted it too). I distressed all the edges and added some lace to the bottom with a rolled flower.
Hope you will come join us over at the Stampotique Designer's Blog and hop around to the design team to see what they created this week:
- Hella Sjolund
- Jo Capper-Sandon
- Karen (Kaz) Boughton
- Kim Prince
