Blog Candy Received

I received this awesome package of goodies from Tanis from a challenge I had entered last month.

Look at all the goodies I received from her: Queen Kat Designs retired stamp sets, some studio G stamp sets, some SU! designer paper, ribbons, primas, foam stamp from Junkitz, the beautiful card!!!!, some breast cancer brads, ice candy and so much more.

SGGW: Mystery Image/Hostess Kristen Catalano

Sorry I've been MIA, we were on vacation and then back to recovering and catching up with work. I really miss my stamping but sadly think it will take a back burner for another week while we finish up with baseball tournaments.

I created this card a few weeks ago with an image I received from one of my groups. We receive the "mystery image" and are given a partner to mail it to. While this looks like a fairly easy image, I had a hard time matching the colors to my non-SU patterned paper.

I was pleased with the turn out and decked the top of it with some Stickles but then went back over it after I snapped this picture and added some Crystal Effects to give it some more depth.
