February 14th is Valentine's Day, so why not create something that is surrounded by hearts and love?
I found this paper in my stash and thought it would make a great background for my card. I added some of Daniel's hearts and then used my dauber to color in a few of the hearts and adding some gelly roll pen to give it some shimmer.
I paper pieced Hazel with some patterned paper and colored her with my copics.
