I had an extremely productive date night in the studio Friday night. I started stamping about 5 p.m. and had a list of things I wanted to work on and I began at the top of my list and almost got down to the bottom. Even though I didn't get them ALL finished, I was pleased with myself and how many different cards I created.
I haven't played over at The Play Date Cafe Challenge in awhile, so wanted to get a card in this week. The colors were Coral, Petal Pink and Antique Gold.
I also wanted to play along with the Our Craft Lounge Challenge which was a sketch this week:
I struggled with this card and the colors because I don't have any gold stuff, but I came across some of my Basic Grey Luscious paper and saw that it resembled gold close enough, so I embossed it with my gold. I also embossed the sentiment and around the edges of the frame. I added some of my gold ribbon from my stash.
Hope you are having a great week!
