Today is a challenge day here! Remember last month my friend Sue asked a few blogger's if we'd like to play along with her for a monthly challenge? Well, this month was my chance to host.
When it came time to pick my images, it was such a tough task. I mean, I design for some superb companies and have a wide range of their stamps, but I have a ton I never even use because I'm having too much fun with my designing. So, I went out on a limb and picked a set I've used only a few times, but this stamp I chose had never been inked. I thought it would be a lot of fun for the girls.
The supplies I sent out included:
the ground hog image & sentiment from Birthday Buddies from Paper Smooches
Dish All the Dirt Brown, Old Olive, Confetti Cream cardstock with a piece of corkboard
an Enchanted Evening button along with some seam binding
a strip of Basic Grey Pyrus cardstock
This was a card I created for my sister-in-law for her birthday last month. I completed my card immediately as I was picking out the supplies. My stitching on my little sentiment tag didn't turn out like I wanted to but I just went with it. I added some Viva Pearl Pen around the beaded squares and some glossy accents to the nose...I love how it turned out!
